We asked Felix to carry out a full electrical inspection on a property we are potentially buying. He was very helpful and even went across town to pick up the keys from the estate agent and drop them back afterwards. The inspection revealed issues with the property’s electrical system, so we asked him to quote for the work required and also a worst-case scenario estimate for a full re-wire which may end up being needed. Felix has been helpful, honest, professional and courteous throughout the process so far and I would have no hesitation recommending him to anyone requiring electrical work!
